As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources initiatives.

Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and policy implementation. This position requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with the company's goals and values, while also ensuring legal compliance and fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process and manage the entire employee life cycle including hiring, disciplinary action, termination and exit interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and update policies and procedures as needed.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Oversee the filing of Workers Compensation claims and work with insurers on continuing care.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for enhancements to policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll processing including off cycle payroll, bonus payouts and reporting to the Accounting Department.



Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team and driving results.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.
- Professional certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
